Please be advised of the Annual General Meeting of Soccer Northeastern Ontario Soccer Association to be held Sunday, October 14, 2007 at 12:00 noon at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 170 Ellis Avenue Pembroke, location of the SNE Soccer Office.

The SNE policy manual and the District Constitution can be found on our website are for your reference. Submissions for changes to these documents, must be received by the board in the time frame noted in the constitution itself.

The agenda attached will be modified to accept items placed by the membership up to September 21, 2007 at which time a new agenda will be forwarded to the membership. Amendments to the District Constitution or Policies and Procedures received after the Sept 21, 2007 deadline will not be accepted for presentation at the AGM.

Participation of all Member Clubs is respectfully requested if we are to maintain a viable District Association, therefore please encourage personnel from your club to submit applications and resumes for the positions that are to be filled this year. It is not imperative that positions be filled by a club affiliated person. It is noted that some boards recommend non affiliation for a majority of their positions.
