Present Situation: |

Due
to the continuous shortage of qualified officials and although a number of
individuals have successfully completed their Level 3 Referee course this
past year, most of our Level 3 candidates are not “age eligible” to officiate
in the adult divisions while some are ineligible due to still playing in one
division or another. |

Specific Decision Requested: |
|
Allow
the Club to assign ‘adult’ Level 4 Referees to officiate adult games when
necessary and by mutual agreement of teams allow capable non certified
referees to referee games when necessary to eliminate the cancellation of
scheduled games. |
