Present Situation: |

Presently
youth competitive teams can’t obtain charity funds since they are affiliated
with the NBYSC. These funds are
presently over $8000.00 NBYSC ‘s main concern is house league and it’s felt that a
club that’s main direction is competitive would be more inline with the
objectives of a competitive program. |

Specific Decision Requested: |
|
The
NBYSC competitive teams (2007- nine teams, 162 players) form their own
club. With the shown interest from perspective
coaches we could possibly see 11 or 12 (162-216 players) teams for the 2008
summer season. |

Advantages: |
A
competitive youth club would be more tailored to the objective of a
