Present Situation: |

The
UOVASC has for many years been successfully operated by 1 or 2 volunteers.
The impossibility of attracting people to sit on a board and assist with
decisions makes compliance with OSA Club Membership rules impossible. This
league in the 2007 successfully operated 7 SO recreation male teams and 11 SO
recreation female teams |

Specific Decision Requested: |
|
The
UOVASC requests exemption from all requirements of OSA Published Rules
Section 4 Policy 2.1 as allowed under Policy 2.4g. Instead
the club would operate under a set of Policies and Procedures published rules
approved by SNE Executive committee and OSA. These rules will annually be
submitted to SNE Executive committee for review and insurance of non conflict
with OSA Published rules. |
